We collect information you submit through forms, including name, work email, company, role, industry, interest, message, consent status, and related request details. We may also collect source URL, user agent, and a hashed IP address for security and abuse prevention.
We use submitted information to respond to requests, plan demos, prepare pricing conversations, route leads, improve the website, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.
Lead and contact submissions are stored in MongoDB. When configured, a Slack webhook notifies the Drishti team about new lead captures so the appropriate team member can follow up.
Stripe processes checkout and payment information for self-serve subscriptions. Drishti does not store full card numbers on this website. Stripe may process payment data under its own terms and privacy practices.
The site may use basic browser storage for preferences such as theme selection. Analytics or marketing tools may be added with appropriate configuration and should be reviewed against this policy before launch.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the site, process checkout, store data, route notifications, or support customer follow-up.
